Every age group, with the exception of the Pee Wee division, will play games in a league with our surrounding communities that consist of Howard/Suamico, Green Bay, Ashwaubenon, Allouez, and De Pere. The season will begin on May 1st, weather permitting, with only practices that will focus on learning softball fundamentals and practicing skills. Games will beginning the end of May or start of June.  We will need parent coaches at each age level so please consider helping out!  We cannot have a successful season without your participation!

Pee Wee Division:

Current Grade 4K – K: This is an INSTRUCTIONAL Tee Ball league. It is meant to foster fun and teach girls the basic fundamentals of the game. Play is on Monday nights only. No scores are kept. Does not participate in tryouts.

Rookie Division (8U):

Current Grades 1-2-3: This is a beginner INSTRUCTIONAL Machine Pitch league. This division will participate in the end of year league tournament.

Minor Division (10U):

Current Grades 3-4-5: This is an INSTRUCTIONAL kid/coach pitch league. Kids pitch, but a coach will pitch the remaining count after 1 walk per inning. Teams will be required to rotate players between infield and outfield positions. This division will participate in the end of year league tournament.

Junior Division (12U):

Current Grades 5-6-7: This league is intended to provide girls an opportunity to play softball in an inclusive, recreational setting with friendly competition. This division will participate in the end of year league tournament.

Senior Division (14U):

Current Grades 7-8-9: This league is intended to provide girls an opportunity to play softball in an inclusive, recreational setting with friendly competition. This division will participate in the end of year league tournament.

Tournament teams:

Pirate Fastpitch offers tournament team opportunities for age groups 8U – 16U.  Each girl will still register in the HSYSA softball program. Please see the Pirate Fastpitch website for additional contact info: www.piratefastpitch.com

Play with a friend!

Play with a friend will only be guarenteed for the PeeWee league.  You can make a request during registration for other leagues but this will not be a guarantee.  

Volunteer Opportunities:

Please consider being a coach or assistant coach of your daughter's team.  This is a great way to bond with your daughter, and get to know other families.
